Paypal

Hatch Maternity orders are made via Paypal’s secure and reliable online payment system for your protection. Most major credit cards are accepted. A Paypal account is not required.

Sales Tax

Canada
GST (5%) and PST (8%) are charged on all shipments within Ontario.
GST (5%) is charged on shipments within Canada, outside of Ontario, excluding the Harmonized Provinces.
HST (13%) is charged on shipments to the Harmonized Provinces (Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Newfoundland).

US and International
No sales tax is charged on US or international shipments.  Any duties and taxes must be paid by the purchaser.

Gift Cards
Tax is not charged on the purchase of gift cards.  Applicable taxes are charged when redeemed.

  Same-Day and Next-Day Courier Service available to Toronto Residents.  If you need your items in a rush, Hatch Maternity offers a reliable, economical, same-day courier service.  Prices available upon request: at shipping@hatchmaternity.com

Security Policy / Privacy Policy

Your credit card information is not stored, and your email address and personal information will never be shared or sold. All information is private and confidential.

All personal and payment information is transmitted to Paypal via Paypal's secure server. 

Returns

Your satisfaction is our guarantee.  We will gladly provide a refund if the item is returned within 10 days of the date of purchase, using the original method of payment. A store credit or exchange will be provided if the item is returned within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in original, unworn condition, with tags attached.

To expedite your return:

All returns must be pre-approved by Hatch Maternity

1. Email orders@hatchmaternity.com with your invoice number, name and reason for return
2. A return merchandise authorization (RMA) number will be emailed to you
3. Write the RMA number on the outside of your package
4. Ship the item in its original condition and packaging, along with your original receipt to: Hatch Maternity, 550 Eglinton Avenue West, PO Box 23044, Toronto, Ontario, M5N 3A8.

* Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.  Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.
