Recognizing a distinct lack of stylish, comfortable and versatile maternity wear on the market today, Renée and Natalie set out on a quest to create the perfect maternity wardrobe - easy to wear, classic pieces in luxurious knits.  With countless interviews, market research, sketches and designs behind them, Hatch Maternity was born. Now pregnant woman can look as good as they feel.

Team

Natalie Aston, Co-founder

While earning a Masters degree in Fashion Communications from the esteemed London College of Fashion, Natalie quickly became immersed in the London fashion scene. Since moving back to her native Toronto, Natalie spent three years working on the editorial team of FQ magazine and has contributed to various publications including Canadian Living magazine, Cosmetics magazine and Inside Entertainment. Natalie also teaches part-time at a local college.

Renée Kaufman, Co-founder

Having received an MBA from the Schulich School of Business with a specialization in Marketing and Strategic Market Planning, Renée created, launched, and contributed to some of the most successful brands in the Canadian and U.S. real estate markets for over five years. The Hatch Maternity collection has been tried and tested by Renée who gave birth to Sam in July 2007.
